In early March, the Kenneth Rainin Foundation produced their second Exploring Public Art Practices symposium, a gathering of leading artists and cultural organizers creating work and building community in the public sphere.  I was lucky to co-organize the lineup of presenters with the brilliant Deena Chalabi.
